  • 1/4 tsp ground pepper
  • 1 cup unsweetened soy milk
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 cup Frank’s Red Hot Sauce

Garlic mayo

  • 1/3 cup vegan mayonnaise
  • 1 1/2 tsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp maple syrup

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 450°F.

  2. Cut the cauliflower head into bite-sized florets.

  3. In a large bowl, mix the all-purpose flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and ground pepper.

  4. Stir in the unsweetened soy milk to form a smooth batter.

  6. Drizzle the olive oil over the coated cauliflower florets.

  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden and crispy.

  8. While the cauliflower is baking, prepare the buffalo sauce by mixing the Frank’s Red Hot Sauce in a bowl.
