Crispy Oven-Baked Cauliflower Salad

Ingredients

  • 300g cauliflower
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • Juice from 1/2 lime
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

Preparation

  1. Wash the cauliflower and chop into smaller pieces.

  2. Cook in the oven at 200°C (392°F) for 10 minutes.

  3. Mix the rest of the sauce ingredients, add to the cauliflower, and cook for 5-6 more minutes until golden and crispy.
