Crispy Oven-Baked Cauliflower Salad
Ingredients
- 300g cauliflower
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- Juice from 1/2 lime
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
Preparation
Wash the cauliflower and chop into smaller pieces.
Cook in the oven at 200°C (392°F) for 10 minutes.
Mix the rest of the sauce ingredients, add to the cauliflower, and cook for 5-6 more minutes until golden and crispy.
