Sheet Pan Honey Glazed Salmon
Ingredients
Sauce
- 2 tbsp coconut aminos or soy sauce
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup honey
- Juice of 1 orange
- 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
Main
- 1 pound fresh green beans with 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 small orange, cut into slices
- 4 (5- to 6-oz.) fresh salmon fillets
Preparation
Preheat oven to 425°F.
Whisk together the sauce ingredients.
Heat a saucepan over medium heat.
Add the sauce ingredients and heat over medium heat for 5 minutes.
Grease a sheet pan.
Trim green beans and add to a large bowl, then coat with olive oil and salt to taste.
Add the green beans to the pan and top with sliced oranges and salmon.
Brush the salmon with half the honey mixture.
Bake in the oven at 425°F for 10 minutes.
Remove the pan and turn oven to broil.
Add the remaining sauce to the salmon.
Bake on broil for 4-6 minutes until the salmon is crispy.
Remove and serve.
Tips
Keep an eye on the salmon while broiling to prevent burning.
