Blackened Salmon Caesar Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 large salmon fillet (about 3 pieces)
  • Olive oil
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • Sprinkle of cayenne
  • Sprinkle of salt and pepper
  • Chopped romaine
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Avocado
  • Caesar dressing

Preparation

  1. Brush the salmon with olive oil.

  2. Mix the spices in a small bowl and spread them on the salmon.

  3. Air fry the salmon at 375°F for about 10 minutes, depending on thickness.

  4. Combine the chopped romaine, Parmesan cheese, avocado, and Caesar dressing to make the salad.

  5. Add the cooked blackened salmon to the salad and serve.
