Air Fryer Honey Sriracha Salmon with Pineapple Avocado Topping
Ingredients
Air fryer honey sriracha salmon
- 1 lb salmon
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tbsp sriracha
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- pink himalayan salt
- olive oil
Pineapple avocado salsa
- 1 cup pineapple
- 1 avocado
- 1/4 cup red onion
- juice of 1 lime
- 2 tbsp chopped cilantro
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- sprinkle of salt
Preparation
In a small bowl, mix together honey, sriracha, garlic, and salt.
Place the salmon in a large, shallow bowl and brush with the honey mixture. Let it marinate for 30 minutes.
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F. Grease the basket with olive oil if necessary.
Add the salmon to the basket, skin side down, and air fry for 12 minutes.
Serve the salmon topped with the pineapple avocado salsa.
Pineapple avocado salsa
Chop the pineapple, avocado, and red onion.
Add them to a bowl, then add the lime juice and seasonings.
