Fresh Ribeye Steak Salad
Ingredients
- Ribeye steak slices
- Lettuce
- Cherry tomatoes
- Yellow bell pepper
- Red onion, thinly sliced
- Radishes, sliced
- Cucumber, diced
- Mashed avocado
- Fresh cheese

Dressing
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Juice of one lemon
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1 shallot
- Garlic powder

- Parsley
- A dash of honey

Preparation
Season the ribeye steak slices with salt and pepper.
