Chili Garlic Salmon Bites
Ingredients
- Salmon
- Low-sodium soy sauce
- Olive oil
- Garlic
- Red pepper flakes
- Sesame oil
- Honey
- Sesame seeds
- Chives
- Mayo
- Sriracha
Preparation
Mix the soy sauce, olive oil, garlic, red pepper flakes, sesame oil, and honey in a bowl and set aside half a cup of the sauce for serving
Slice the salmon into large chunks and add it to a bowl
Pour half a cup of the sauce over the salmon, mix well to fully coat, and refrigerate for 2 to 4 hours or at least 30 minutes
Transfer the salmon to the air fryer and cook at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 5 to 7 minutes
Combine the mayo and Sriracha and set aside
Top with the remaining sauce, Sriracha mayo, sesame seeds, and sliced chives when serving
