Spicy Tuna Seaweed Bites

Ingredients

  • 2 tins of tuna
  • 2 tbsp mayo
  • 1 tbsp sriracha
  • 1 tbsp light soy
  • 1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp sesame seed oil
  • 1-2 celery sticks
  • 2 spring onions
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • Sesame seeds
  • Crispy seaweed thins
  • Crispy onions

Preparation

  1. Drain the tuna if packed in liquid.

  2. In a bowl, combine tuna, mayo, sriracha, light soy, rice wine vinegar, sesame seed oil, chopped celery, sliced spring onions, and crushed garlic; mix well.

  3. Spoon the mixture onto crispy seaweed thins.

  4. Top with sesame seeds and crispy onions, then serve immediately.
