Ingredients
- 2 cans of @portofinotuna (4 oz each), drained
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp chopped green onion
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp avocado oil
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt (for aioli)
- 1 tbsp sriracha
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- Pinch of salt
- Slider buns
- Lettuce leaves
Preparation
In a large bowl, combine the drained tuna, egg, breadcrumbs, chopped green onion, soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, and 1/4 cup of Greek yogurt.
Mix the ingredients until well combined, then form the mixture into slider-sized patties.
Heat 2 tbsp of avocado oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Cook the tuna patties for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until they are cooked through and nicely browned.
While the patties are cooking, whisk together 1/4 cup of Greek yogurt, sriracha, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt to make the spicy aioli.
To assemble the sliders, place a cooked tuna patty on a slider bun.
Top the patty with a spoonful of the spicy aioli.
Add lettuce leaves to the sliders.
Serve the Asian-inspired tuna sliders with your favorite sides and enjoy!
