Spicy Tuna Dip with Fresh Vegetables

Ingredients

  • 1/2 a red onion
  • 1/2 a large cucumber
  • Big handful of radishes
  • Big handful of olives
  • A big handful of mini gherkins
  • 1 red chilli
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 2-3 tbsp mayo
  • 1/2 a lemon, juiced
  • 250g tinned tuna

Preparation

  1. Dice all the vegetables into small pieces and add them to a bowl along with the tuna, mayonnaise, and lemon juice

  2. Mash everything together until well combined

  3. Serve with your favorite tortilla chips

Tips

  1. This dip is especially enjoyable outdoors with friends and a beverage

  2. Consider using chili and lime flavored tortilla chips for added zest
