Easy No-Cook Cucumber Salad
Ingredients
- 1 cucumber
- 2 tablespoons tamari
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
- Pinch of chili flakes
- Pinch of salt
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Preparation
Slice the cucumber using a mandolin.
Place all ingredients in a container with a lid.
Shake well to combine.
