Shaken Cucumber Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 Cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp Sesame oil
  • 1 Garlic clove, grated
  • 1 tbsp Chili oil
  • 1 tbsp Sesame seeds
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp Rice vinegar

Preparation

  1. Thinly slice the cucumber if not already done.

  2. Grate the garlic clove.

  3. In a large bowl or jar, combine sesame oil, grated garlic, chili oil, sesame seeds, soy sauce, and rice vinegar to make the dressing.

  4. Add the sliced cucumber to the dressing.

  5. Shake or toss until the cucumber is well coated.

  6. Serve immediately for the best texture and flavor.
