Tuna Bruschetta on Baguette Slices
Ingredients
- 1 loaf baguette
- 1 can tuna
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1/2 medium red bell pepper, diced
- 1 large tomato, diced
- 1 green onion, chopped
- 1 cup arugula, chopped
Preparation
Cut the bread into diagonal slices using a knife.
In a deep bowl, combine the tuna, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, crushed garlic, and mayonnaise; mix well with a fork.
Spread a little of the mixture onto each bread slice, then top with diced red bell pepper, tomato, green onion, and arugula.
Refrigerate the tuna bruschetta for a few minutes and serve immediately.
