Cauliflower Gnocchi with Chilli Oil

Ingredients

  • 1 bag of Trader Joe’s Frozen Cauliflower Gnocchi
  • 3-4 tbsp garlic chili oil (store bought or homemade)
  • Sea salt, for topping
  • Fresh chopped parsley, for garnish

Homemade chili oil

  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • ~3 tbsp red pepper flakes
  • 6 cloves garlic, minced

Preparation

Chili oil

  1. Bring the chili oil ingredients to a simmer in a pan over medium-low heat.

  2. When the garlic rises and sizzles, remove the pan from heat.

  3. Let it sit for at least an hour before serving.

Gnocchi

  1. Grease the air fryer and add the bag of frozen gnocchi to it.

  2. Spray the top of the gnocchi with olive oil.

  3. Air fry it on 400F for 10 minutes, shaking halfway through.

  4. Transfer the gnocchi to a serving dish.

  5. Drizzle about 3-4 tablespoons of chili oil on top, adding more if desired.

  6. Top with sea salt and fresh parsley, then serve.
