Crispy Sautéed Salmon Avocado Toast
Ingredients
- leftover salmon
- 1/2 avocado
- olive oil
- sourdough bread
Preparation
Sauté the leftover salmon in a little olive oil until crispy.
Mash the 1/2 avocado.
Toast the sourdough bread.
Top the toasted bread with the mashed avocado and then the crispy salmon.
