Easy Roasted Veggie and Salmon Salad

Ingredients

  • spinach
  • potatoes
  • beets
  • asparagus
  • cherry tomatoes
  • feta cheese
  • salmon

Dressing

  • lemon juice
  • olive oil
  • Dijon mustard

  • salt and pepper

Preparation
