Baked Salmon with Asparagus

Ingredients

  • 2 pieces of salmon
  • 1 tbsp champion rub
  • 1 bunch of asparagus
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Chili flakes

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 415 degrees Fahrenheit

  2. Trim asparagus and toss with oil, then sprinkle with salt, pepper, and chili flakes

  3. Place on a baking sheet with parchment paper

  4. Pat dry salmon, rub with oil and seasoning

  5. Add to baking sheet

  6. Bake for 13 minutes and then broil for 3 minutes
