Roasted Asparagus with Parmesan

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch of asparagus
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup finely grated Parmesan

Optional additions

  • minced garlic
  • chili flakes

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

  2. Wash and trim the asparagus.

  3. Add to a baking sheet with parchment paper and toss with oil.

  4. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and garlic if using.

  5. Cover with Parmesan cheese and bake for 10 minutes then broil for 2 minutes.

  6. Option to top with chili flakes.

  7. Enjoy.
