Roasted Asparagus with Parmesan
Ingredients
- 1 bunch of asparagus
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup finely grated Parmesan
Optional additions
- minced garlic
- chili flakes
Preparation
Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Wash and trim the asparagus.
Add to a baking sheet with parchment paper and toss with oil.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper and garlic if using.
Cover with Parmesan cheese and bake for 10 minutes then broil for 2 minutes.
Option to top with chili flakes.
