Hot and Honey Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Salmon
Ingredients
- Brussels sprouts
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- Salmon
Sauce
- 1.5 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce or tamari
- 1 teaspoon sriracha
- Pinch of chili flakes
Preparation
Preheat oven to 415 degrees.
Wash, trim, and quarter Brussels sprouts.
Toss in a bowl with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Spread on a baking sheet with parchment paper and bake for 25 minutes.
Meanwhile, make the sauce by combining 1.5 tablespoons honey, 2 tablespoons soy sauce or tamari, 1 teaspoon sriracha, and a pinch of chili flakes; taste and add more honey or soy as needed.
Remove Brussels sprouts from oven and toss with sauce.
Place back into the oven and broil for 2 minutes, watching closely.
For the salmon: heat a large frying pan with olive oil.
Generously season salmon with salt and pepper.
Cook for 4 minutes per side on medium-high heat.
