15-Minute Salmon Asparagus and Cauliflower Gnocchi
Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon avocado oil
- Trader Joe's everyday seasoning
- asparagus
- cauliflower gnocchi
- salmon
- garlic powder
- salt
- pepper
Preparation
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Cut and wash the asparagus.
Coat the asparagus with 1 teaspoon avocado oil and sprinkle with Trader Joe's everyday seasoning.
Bake the asparagus on a greased baking pan for 15 minutes, turning halfway through.
Thaw the cauliflower gnocchi in the microwave.
Sauté the gnocchi in oil over medium heat for about 5 minutes until crispy, stirring to prevent sticking.
Remove the gnocchi from the skillet.
Add more oil to the skillet if needed.
Season the salmon with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Cook the salmon for 3 minutes on each side.
