Roasting a Whole Head of Cauliflower

Ingredients

  • cauliflower head
  • avocado oil
  • salt
  • pepper, garlic

Preparation

  1. Cut all the green off the cauliflower head, place on baking dish, drizzle liberally with avocado oil, seasoned with salt, pepper, garlic

  2. Roast at 400 for 30 minutes

  3. After I took this photo I cut the head into florets and put it back in the oven for an additional 20 mins to brown everything thoroughly

  4. Next time I'll use ghee and more garlic
