Ingredients
- red potatoes
- salt
- pepper
- spicy ketchup
Preparation
Use red potatoes.
Wash and slice with a crinkle cutter.
Season with salt and pepper (no oil needed).
Bake at about 400°F for 30 minutes, turning once.
Turn the broiler on for a minute at the end if needed for extra crisp.
Dip in spicy ketchup.
