Crinkle Cut Baked Potato Snacks with Spicy Ketchup
Ingredients
- red potatoes
- salt
- pepper
- spicy ketchup
Preparation
Wash the red potatoes.
Slice them with a crinkle cutter.
Season with salt and pepper (no oil needed).
Bake at approximately 400°F for about 30 minutes, turning once.
If needed, turn on the broiler for one minute to get extra crisp.
Dip in spicy ketchup.
