Crinkle Cut Baked Potato Snacks with Spicy Ketchup

Ingredients

  • red potatoes
  • salt
  • pepper
  • spicy ketchup

Preparation

  1. Wash the red potatoes.

  2. Slice them with a crinkle cutter.

  3. Season with salt and pepper (no oil needed).

  4. Bake at approximately 400°F for about 30 minutes, turning once.

  5. If needed, turn on the broiler for one minute to get extra crisp.

  6. Dip in spicy ketchup.
