Baked Crinkle Cut Potato Snacks with Ketchup
Ingredients
- Red potatoes
- Salt
- Pepper
Preparation
Wash the red potatoes.
Slice them with a crinkle cutter.
Season with salt and pepper, no oil needed.
Bake at about 400°F for approximately 30 minutes, turning once halfway through.
Turn on the broiler for a minute if needed to get extra crispness.
Serve dipped in spicy ketchup.
