- salt and pepper
- spicy ketchup
Preparation
Wash the red potatoes
Slice with a crinkle cutter
Season with salt and pepper (no oil needed)
Bake at 400°F for about 30 minutes, turning once
Turn on the broiler for a minute if needed for extra crispness
