Cheesy Zucchini Hashbrowns
Ingredients
- 1 onion
- 2 tbsp of each onion and garlic powder and smoked paprika.
- 1 tsp of salt
- 1/2 cup of nutritional yeast.
Preparation
Shred the zucchini, the potatoes and the onions, add all the spices and mix well
Place your shredded potatoes in the air fryer and bake for 15 min at 180 °C
Serve with Silken Tofu Mayonnaise or Ketchup ?? If you do not have an air fryer, place your mixture on a baling tray and bake your hashbrowns at 180 °C until brown
This might take a little bit longer than using an air fryer
