Radishes Greens Pesto⁣

Ingredients

  • Greens from one bunch of radishes⁣ - 50g Cashews (raw, activated if you have time)
  • 0g nutritional yeast
  • 1 tbsp white almond butter
  • 2 big pinches of salt
  • 100mL Extra-virgin Olive oil⁣⁣⁣

Preparation

  1. Wash carefully, the fresh radishes greens and leave them in water for 30mn to remove the bitter taste

  2. Strain and remove the excess of water with a salad spinner (or a kitchen towel)

  3. Put all the ingredients in a blender and mix. It should be quite smooth. ⁣Pour the pesto in an airtight jar and keep in the fridge. ⁣⁣
