Radishes Greens Pesto
Ingredients
- - Greens from one bunch of radishes
- - 50g Cashews (raw, activated if you have time)
- - 30g nutritional yeast
- - 1 tbsp white almond butter
- - 2 big pinches of salt
- - 100mL Extra-virgin Olive oil
Preparation
Wash carefully, the fresh radishes greens
Strain and remove the excess of water with a salad spinner (or a kitchen towel)
Put all the ingredients in a blender and mix
It should be quite smooth
Pour the pesto in a airtight jar and keep in the fridge.
