Crunchy red tomato pesto
Ingredients
- 3-4tb nutritional yeast
- salt, pepper
- 1ts paprika powder
- pinch chili flakes
- 50ml olive oil
- 1ts oregano
Preparation
Crunch up walnuts
Fry in a pan with out oil
Add chilli, paprika and oregano
Don‘t over do it, take down from the stove after about two minutes
Add to a bowl
Add tomatoes
Chop garlic and fry in oil for about a minute
Add to the bowl
Add nutritional yeast, olive oil, salt and pepper
Puree all together
Serve on bread or with pasta
