Crunchy red tomato pesto

Ingredients

  • 3-4tb nutritional yeast ⁣
  • salt, pepper⁣
  • 1ts paprika powder ⁣
  • pinch chili flakes ⁣
  • 50ml olive oil⁣
  • 1ts oregano⁣

Preparation

  1. Crunch up walnuts⁣

  2. Fry in a pan with out oil⁣

  3. Add chilli, paprika and oregano⁣

  4. Don‘t over do it, take down from the stove after about two minutes ⁣

  5. Add to a bowl⁣

  6. Add tomatoes⁣

  7. Chop garlic and fry in oil for about a minute⁣

  8. Add to the bowl⁣

  9. Add nutritional yeast, olive oil, salt and pepper⁣

  10. Puree all together⁣

  11. Serve on bread or with pasta⁣
