Creamy Tofu Ranch Dip
Ingredients
- 1 box soft tofu
- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- 2 teaspoons nutritional yeast
- 2 tablespoons Dak's ranch seasoning
- 1 teaspoon agave syrup or maple syrup
Optional additions
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon soy lecithin
Preparation
Put all ingredients into a blender and puree until smooth.
Top with more ranch seasoning to serve.
