Vegan Artichoke Spinach Dip with Cashews

Ingredients

  • 2 handful cashew nuts
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 onion
  • 6tb plantbased milk
  • 2tb nutritional yeast
  • Juice of 1/4 lemon
  • Salt, pepper
  • 2 handful spinach
  • 1 can artichokes
  • Oil

Preparation

  1. lay the cashew nuts into water for about 15 minutes

  2. Chop garlic and onion and fry in oil

  3. Pour away the water from the nuts

  4. Puree all ingredients together
