Crispy Baked Potato Slices with Spicy Ketchup
Ingredients
- red potatoes
- salt
- pepper
- spicy ketchup
Preparation
Wash the red potatoes.
Slice them with a crinkle cutter.
Season with salt and pepper (no oil needed).
Bake at 400°F for about 30 minutes, turning once.
Turn on the broiler for a minute at the end if needed to get extra crispness.
Dip in spicy ketchup.
