Easy One-Pan Salmon with Potatoes and Asparagus
Ingredients
- 1 lb petite potatoes
- 1 tbsp avocado or olive oil
- Salt and pepper
- Salmon
- Asparagus
- 1-2 tsp Cajun seasoning
Preparation
Preheat oven to 425F.
Cut 1 lb petite potatoes in half and coat with 1 tbsp avocado or olive oil, salt, and pepper. Put on a large baking sheet (grease beforehand).
Bake for 15 minutes.
While potatoes are baking, coat salmon with 1-2 tsp Cajun seasoning.
Coat asparagus with 1 tbsp oil and sprinkle with Cajun seasoning.
Bake for an additional 12 minutes.
Broil for a few minutes at the end.
