Easy Sheet Pan Salmon with Veggies and Spices
Ingredients
- 1/2 bag Brussels sprouts
- 1 tsp avocado oil or olive oil
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- salt
- pepper
- 2-3 small sweet potatoes
- salmon
- garlic powder
Preparation
Preheat oven to 425F.
Cut Brussels sprouts in half, coat with 1 tsp avocado oil or olive oil, 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar, and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Add to a greased baking sheet.
Cut 2-3 small sweet potatoes and season with the same mixture. Add to the pan.
Bake for 18 minutes.
While baking, season salmon with a sprinkle of salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
After 18 minutes, add salmon to the pan and bake for 12 minutes, then broil for 2-3 minutes.
