Maple Chipotle Salmon One Pan Meal

Ingredients

  • 1 fillet of salmon (mine was about 3 pieces)
  • olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp chipotle powder
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 lb brussel sprouts
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • sat and pepper
  • sweet potatoes:
  • 2 large sweet potatoes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 425f

  2. Cut the sweet potato into cubes and add to a bowl

  3. Add the olive oil, salt, and pepper

  4. Add to a greased baking sheet or a baking sheet lined with parchment paper

  5. Then repeat with the brussel sprouts

  6. Add to the oven for 30 minutes

  7. Remove, make room for the salmon in the middle

  8. Brush the salmon with a little olive oil, then maple syrup, then chipotle powder and salt/pepper

  9. I poured the maple syrup into a small bowl to make it easy to brush on!

  10. Place bake in the oven for 13-14 minutes
