Quick Roasted Broccoli Potatoes and Chickpeas with Sausage

Ingredients

  • 2 heads of broccoli
  • 4-5 chopped new potatoes
  • a can of chickpeas
  • olive oil
  • garlic powder
  • salt
  • pepper
  • pork sausage

Preparation

  1. Toss broccoli, chopped potatoes, and chickpeas in olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

  2. Roast the mixture in the oven at 425 degrees for 30 minutes.

  3. Separately, roast pork sausage in the oven at 425 degrees for 23 minutes.
