Roasted Chickpea Caesar Salad
Ingredients
- 1 15 ounce can of chickpeas
- 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Squeeze of lemon
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Preparation
Drain and pat the chickpeas dry.
Coat with the olive oil and add the spices.
Squeeze a little lemon on them.
Roast at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 15 to 17 minutes until they’re crispy.
