Baked Maple Salmon with Spices
Ingredients
- 1 lb salmon
- Oil, ghee, or butter
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 2 tsp paprika
- 1 1/2 tbsp maple syrup
Preparation
Preheat oven to 400F
Cut 1lb salmon into fillets, for example into thirds
Brush with oil, ghee, or butter
Sprinkle with a mixture of 1 tsp chili powder and 2 tsp paprika
Bake for 15 minutes
Remove from oven and add 1 1/2 tbsp maple syrup
Place back in oven, turn to broil, and broil for 1 minute
