One Pan Salmon with Asparagus and Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 1 salmon fillet
  • 1 package of asparagus
  • 1 lb potatoes
  • 1 1/2 tbsp olive oil
  • Seasoning of choice

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.

  2. Cut potatoes into halves, coat with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, and sprinkle seasoning on top.

  3. Grease a baking sheet, add potatoes to one side, and bake for 15 minutes.

  4. After 15 minutes, cut the ends off the asparagus and coat with 1/2 tablespoon olive oil and seasoning of choice.

  5. Cut the salmon into fillets and coat with African smoke seasoning.

  6. Add the asparagus and salmon to the pan and bake for 15 minutes.

  7. Top the asparagus with feta and serve.
