Baked Potato Fries
Ingredients
- Potatoes
- Olive oil (optional)
- Herbs and spices of choice
Preparation
Preheat oven to 200°C. Wash, peel, and slice potatoes into long thick cuts. Pat dry any moisture with a clean tea towel.
Add a drizzle of olive oil and sprinkle on your choice of herbs and spices.
Place fries onto a tray lined with non-stick baking paper, making sure they do not overlap or touch.
Bake in the oven. At the 25-minute mark, flip them and cook for an additional 20-25 minutes until golden.
