Baked Potato Fries

Ingredients

  • Potatoes
  • Olive oil (optional)
  • Herbs and spices of choice

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C. Wash, peel, and slice potatoes into long thick cuts. Pat dry any moisture with a clean tea towel.

  2. Add a drizzle of olive oil and sprinkle on your choice of herbs and spices.

  3. Place fries onto a tray lined with non-stick baking paper, making sure they do not overlap or touch.

  4. Bake in the oven. At the 25-minute mark, flip them and cook for an additional 20-25 minutes until golden.
