Oven Roasted Chickpeas with Custom Seasonings

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chickpeas, rinsed and patted dry
  • 1 tbsp olive or avocado oil
  • 2+ tsp seasonings of choice (i like just seasoning salt + garlic powder or garlic, onion, cumin, paprika, chili, salt, and pepper. For sweet, try cinnamon and sugar with avocado oil)

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 400° F.

  2. Toss the chickpeas in oil and bake for 20 minutes.

  3. Remove, place back in the bowl and add the spaces, then bake for 12 more minutes.

  4. Remove and enjoy!!

  5. Keep in a sealed airtight container and allow to cool completely before storing
