Crispy Air Fried Chickpeas

Ingredients

  • 1 can chickpeas
  • Olive oil
  • Spices of choice (salt, cumin, chili powder, red chili flakes)

Preparation

  1. Take chickpeas out of the can, rinse well, and dry with a paper towel.

  2. Add chickpeas to a bowl and drizzle with olive oil.

  3. Add spices of choice (about 1 teaspoon each) and a light sprinkle of salt. Mix well until chickpeas are evenly coated.

  4. Put the chickpeas into the air fryer at 380F for 10-12 minutes, shaking halfway.

  5. Serve the crispy chickpeas on top of salad, rice, in a buddha bowl, or eat them plain. Enjoy!
