Crispy Air Fried Chickpeas
Ingredients
- 1 can chickpeas
- Olive oil
- Spices of choice (salt, cumin, chili powder, red chili flakes)
Preparation
Take chickpeas out of the can, rinse well, and dry with a paper towel.
Add chickpeas to a bowl and drizzle with olive oil.
Add spices of choice (about 1 teaspoon each) and a light sprinkle of salt. Mix well until chickpeas are evenly coated.
Put the chickpeas into the air fryer at 380F for 10-12 minutes, shaking halfway.
Serve the crispy chickpeas on top of salad, rice, in a buddha bowl, or eat them plain. Enjoy!
