Easy Baked Potato Fries

Ingredients

  • Potatoes
  • Olive oil (optional)
  • Herbs and spices (to taste)

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C. Wash, peel, and slice potatoes into long thick cuts. Pat dry with a clean tea towel.

  2. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with chosen herbs and spices.

  3. Place fries on a tray lined with non-stick baking paper, ensuring they do not overlap or touch.

  4. Bake in the oven. After 25 minutes, flip the fries and continue baking for an additional 20-25 minutes until golden.
