Citrus Marinated Salmon Salad Bowl
Ingredients
- butter lettuce
- spinach
- salmon
- citrus fruits
- panela cheese

- mango

Dressing
- lemon juice
- olive oil
- honey
- Dijon mustard

Preparation
Marinate the salmon in citrus and roast it in the oven until cooked.
Grill the panela until golden brown.
Prepare the mango salsa by chopping and mixing cherry tomatoes and mango.
Slice the avocado and serrano pepper.
Whisk together lemon juice, olive oil, honey, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper to make the dressing.
