Grilled Shrimp Tacos with Cheese
Ingredients
- 500g small shrimp
- 1 cube butter
- Salt
- Pepper
- Garlic powder
- Corn tortillas
- Chipotle mayonnaise
- Green sauce
- Lime
- 1/2 avocado
- Oaxaca cheese
Preparation
Grill the shrimp with a bit of butter, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
On a griddle, add Oaxaca cheese and let it form a crust, then add the shrimp on top and fold.
Place on a corn tortilla.
Serve with avocado and sauce.
