Grilled Shrimp Tacos with Cheese

Ingredients

  • 500g small shrimp
  • 1 cube butter
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Garlic powder
  • Corn tortillas
  • Chipotle mayonnaise
  • Green sauce
  • Lime
  • 1/2 avocado
  • Oaxaca cheese

Preparation

  1. Grill the shrimp with a bit of butter, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

  2. On a griddle, add Oaxaca cheese and let it form a crust, then add the shrimp on top and fold.

  3. Place on a corn tortilla.

  4. Serve with avocado and sauce.
