Delicious Savory Fried Shrimp
Ingredients
- 400 grams Shrimp
- 1 tablespoon FiberCreme
- 1/2 onion
- 1 tablespoon sweet soy sauce
- Salt and sugar to taste
- Cooking oil
Ground spices
- 4 cm turmeric
- 6 cloves garlic
- 4 shallots
- 1 teaspoon coriander
- 1 teaspoon pepper
Preparation
Clean the shrimp by cutting the back, removing the dirt, rinsing under running water, and draining.
Marinate the shrimp with the ground spices for about 60 minutes.
Heat 50ml of oil, then sauté the onion until fragrant. Add the marinated shrimp, FiberCreme, and sweet soy sauce, and stir evenly.
Season with salt and sugar to taste.
Fry until the spices are dry and absorbed into the shrimp. Taste to ensure it is savory and the saltiness is correct, then remove from heat and serve.
