Indonesian Sweet and Sour Shrimp
Ingredients
- 400 grams peeled shrimp with tails
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 onion, sliced lengthwise
- 1 red chili, sliced diagonally
Sauce
- 3 tablespoons tomato sauce
- 2 tablespoons sweet soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- A little water
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Sauté the garlic, onion, and chili until fragrant, then add the shrimp and stir until it changes color.
Add the sauce ingredients. Cook until the sauce thickens slightly. Adjust seasoning, remove from heat, and serve.
Tips
Shrimp shrinks when cooked.
