Indonesian Fried Noodles with Vegetables
Ingredients
- 6 bundles of instant noodles
- 1 carrot, sliced
- 6 meatballs, sliced
- 1 bunch bok choy, sliced
- 4 garlic cloves, crushed and chopped
- 1/2 onion, sliced
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 2 tablespoons sweet soy sauce (to taste)
- 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon seasoning powder
- A little water
Preparation
Boil water, add a little oil, cook noodles until soft, then drain.
Sauté garlic until fragrant, then add onion and cook until wilted.
Add vegetables and meatballs, stir evenly, add a little water to cook the vegetables.
Add oyster sauce, salt, ground pepper, and seasoning powder.
Add the noodles, stir evenly, then add sweet soy sauce to taste.
Taste and adjust seasoning, then turn off the heat.
Serve as desired.
Tips
Can add scrambled egg or sausage as optional ingredients.
Avoid adding shrimp if the dish will not be consumed immediately, as it may not stay fresh.
