Crispy Fried Tempeh and Stir-Fried Choy Sum
Ingredients
Tempe goreng gurih
- Tempeh
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose seasoning flour
Tumis sawi
- 5 meatballs
- 4 red chilies
- 4 shallots
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1/2 tomato
- Salt
- Oyster sauce
- Choy sum
Preparation
Tempe goreng
Coat the tempeh with a mixture of salt and all-purpose seasoning flour.
Fry the coated tempeh until golden and crispy.
Tumis sawi
Slice the meatballs, red chilies, shallots, garlic, and tomato.
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
Sauté the garlic and shallots until fragrant.
Add the red chilies and tomato, stir for a minute.
Add the sliced meatballs and choy sum, stir-fry until vegetables are slightly softened.
Season with salt and oyster sauce, cook until done.
