Crispy Fried Tempeh and Stir-Fried Choy Sum

Ingredients

Tempe goreng gurih

  • Tempeh
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose seasoning flour

Tumis sawi

  • 5 meatballs
  • 4 red chilies
  • 4 shallots
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1/2 tomato
  • Salt
  • Oyster sauce
  • Choy sum

Preparation

Tempe goreng

  1. Coat the tempeh with a mixture of salt and all-purpose seasoning flour.

  2. Fry the coated tempeh until golden and crispy.

Tumis sawi

  1. Slice the meatballs, red chilies, shallots, garlic, and tomato.

  2. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.

  3. Sauté the garlic and shallots until fragrant.

  4. Add the red chilies and tomato, stir for a minute.

  5. Add the sliced meatballs and choy sum, stir-fry until vegetables are slightly softened.

  6. Season with salt and oyster sauce, cook until done.
