Simple Stir-Fried Long Beans

Ingredients

  • Long beans
  • 3 shallots
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 4 red bird's eye chilies
  • 1/2 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • Ground pepper, to taste
  • Salt, to taste
  • A little water

Preparation

  1. Stir-fry the sliced ingredients until fragrant.

  2. Add the long beans, then add salt, oyster sauce, pepper, and a little water. Stir well and cover the pan to let the long beans soften with steam.

  3. Adjust the seasoning to taste and serve.
