Simple Stir-Fried Long Beans
Ingredients
- Long beans
- 3 shallots
- 2 garlic cloves
- 4 red bird's eye chilies
- 1/2 tablespoon oyster sauce
- Ground pepper, to taste
- Salt, to taste
- A little water
Preparation
Stir-fry the sliced ingredients until fragrant.
Add the long beans, then add salt, oyster sauce, pepper, and a little water. Stir well and cover the pan to let the long beans soften with steam.
Adjust the seasoning to taste and serve.
